Using an analytical method, this paper explains the logic of reasoning in his methodology. According to the hypothesis of the paper, martyr Sadr sought to use a different logic for reasoning. This logic is different from the logic of traditional jurists' predecessors. This logic has been the basis for introducing the method of discovery and separation between Islamic Doctorine and Islamic economics. The research results show that Sadr’s approach is very similar to Kant's methodology in using transcendental syllogisms for meeting the conditions for the possibility of experience and the systemic unification of science. In this regard, martyr Sadr reconstructs the school of Islamic economics as a unified system, a set of propositions and as a condition for the possibility of Islamic economics. In this reconstruction, he applies a combination of jurisprudential decrees as data so that through hypothesizing the veracity of these data in a recursive method called "transcendental syllogism", he can reach ideological principles and tenets in whose framework Islamic economics is possible. علی رغم اهمیت روش شناسی شهید صدر در پیشبرد اقتصاد اسلامی، مطالعات چندانی در زمینه تبیین ماهیت و جوهره آن صورت نگرفته است. این مقاله، با روش تحلیلی به تبیین منطق استدلال در این روش می پردازد. بنا به فرضیه مقاله، شهید صدر به دنبال استفاده از منطق متفاوتی برای استدلال بود. این منطق، با منطق سنتی فقهای سلف متفاوت است. این منطق مبنای معرفی روش کشف و تفکیک میان مکتب و علم اقتصاد قرار گرفته است. یافته های مقاله نشان می دهد که رویکرد ایشان شباهت بسیاری به روش شناسی کانت در به کارگیری قیاس های استعلایی برای تحقق شرایط امکان تجربه و وحدت سیستمی علم دارد. در این زمینه، شهید صدر مکتب اقتصاد اسلامی را به عنوان وحدت سیستمی، مجموعه ای از گزاره ها و به عنوان شرط امکان علم اقتصاد اسلامی بازسازی می کند. در این بازسازی، ایشان مجموعه احکام فقهی را به عنوان داده به کار می گیرد تا با مفروض گرفتن صدق این داده ها در یک روش بازگشتی به نام «قیاس استعلایی»، به اصول و قواعد مکتبی برسد؛ اصول و قواعدی که اقتصاد اسلامی در چارچوب آن امکان پذیر می شود. https://marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5.pdf
