abstract = {Governmental laws are decisions taken by the leader of an Islamic state, within the framework of religious rulings and in accordance with the expedience and justice, for the material and spiritual development of an Islamic society. Since the messenger of God took the political and governmental leadership of the Islamic society as well, he issued governmental decrees for Managing the community constructively. These decrees emanated from his governmental leadership and management. In that period, agriculture was one of the most important aspects of Islamic society and had a significant position in prophet's divine government. In this area, the prophet issued numerous and diverse governmental laws. Along with governmental laws related to land, water, animals and plants, he transferred them to people in different ways. He determined conditions such as faith, development and prosperity for transferring them to people. This policy making led to generating successful businesses, raising employment level, reducing poverty, improving efficiency and efficient allocation of resources and, therefore, development of agriculture and economic prosperity.},

abstract_fa ={احکام حکومتی، تصمیم هایی است که رهبری حکومت اسلامی در چارچوب احکام شرعی و بر طبق مصلحت و عدالت، برای پیشرفت مادی و معنوی جامعه اسلامی می گیرد. رسول خدا صلی الله علیه و آله از آن جهت که رهبری سیاسی و حکومتی جامعه اسلامی را نیز به عهده داشت، برای اداره صحیح و سازنده جامعه، احکامی حکومتی صادر می کرد. این احکام نشأت گرفته از منصب ریاست و زعامت حکومتی ایشان بود. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش تاریخی ـ تحلیلی به تجزیه و تحلیل احکام حکومتی پیامبر اعظم صلی الله علیه و آله در حوزه اقتصاد کشاورزی می پردازیم. بنابه یافته های پژوهش، در آن عصر، کشاورزی از مهم ترین ابعاد جامعه اسلامی و شئون حکومت الهی رسول خدا بود. آن حضرت در این حوزه، احکام حکومتی متعدد و متنوعی صادر فرمودند. حضرت، همراه با احکام حکومتی مربوط به زمین، آب، دام و گیاهان، به شیوه های گوناگون آنها را واگذار فرمودند. ایشان شرایطی مانند ایمان، عمران و آبادانی را برای واگذاری تعیین فرمودند. این سیاست گذاری، رونق کسب و کار، ارتقای سطح اشتغال، رفع  فقر و ارتقای کارآمدی و تخصیص بهینه منابع و در نتیجه، توسعه و پیشرفت بخش کشاورزی و شکوفایی اقتصادی را به دنبال داشت.},
