abstract = {One of the indices of Conuontional human development is the index of real per capita income. The present paper examines Islam's viewpoint about this index and introduces the index of livelihood in human development. Using the descriptive-analytical approach, the study deals with the criteria and parameters of evaluation of livelihood in the path of human development from the perspective of Islam. According to the research hypothesis, in the Islamic approach, the indices of providing sufficiency level, fair and balanced distribution of income and expenditure efficiency with the relevant indicators can be used to measure livelihood. Based on the research findings, the proposed indices measure meeting the material and spiritual needs through earning adequate and legal income, fair and balanced distribution of resources and income in line with providing livelihood for families and optimal allocation of income respectively. The four mentioned indices can be documented by the Quranic verses and hadiths of the infallibles (PBUH). The measurement of these indices requires the use of statistical methods including the use of scientific questionnaires to extract the required information along with the existing statistical data.},

abstract_fa ={یکی از شاخص های توسعه انسانی متعارف، درآمد سرانه واقعی است. در این مقاله به بررسی دیدگاه اسلام در مورد این شاخص و معرفی شاخص تأمین معاش در پیشرفت انسانی می پردازیم. تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی به بررسی این سوال می پردازد که با چه شاخص ها و نماگرهایی می توان به ارزیابی تأمین معاش در مسیر پیشرفت انسانی از دیدگاه اسلام پرداخت؟ بنا به فرضیه تحقیق، شاخص های تأمین حد کفاف، توزیع عادلانه و متوازن درآمد و کارامدی مخارج با نماگرهای مربوطه می توانند برای سنجش تأمین معاش در رویکرد اسلامی بکار روند. بنا بر یافته های پژوهش، شاخص های پیشنهادی به ترتیب درآمد مکفی-حلال برای تأمین نیازهای مادی و روحی، توزیع عادلانه و متوازن منابع و درآمدها در راستای تأمین معاش خانوارها و تخصیص بهینه درآمد ها را مورد سنجش قرار می دهند. شاخص های سه گانه مزبور را می توان به آیات قرآن و روایات معصومین(علیهم السلام) مستند نمود. محاسبه این شاخص ها نیازمند استفاده از روش های آماری از جمله بکارگیری پرسشنامه علمی جهت استخراج اطلاعات مورد نیاز در کنار داده های آماری موجود است.},
