Using an analytical approach, this paper studies the identity of policy theories in Islam economic. This paper examines the conceptual components, status, principles of legitimacy, and the mechanism for codifying policies in Islamic economics. According to the research findings, policy in Islamic economics is a cross-sectional response of the Islamic state to the current economic situation based on Islamic economic norms. In the Islamic approach, cultural policies dominate economic policy. The legitimacy of codifying the economic policy derives from the legitimacy of government, and the religious rules such as, mutual enjoining, enjoining good and forbidding wrong, advising the advice seekers, noticing the ignorant, guiding the ignorant, and the council. The economic policy is a type of variable decree that can be achieved in four primary, secondary, injunctive, or declaratory formats. Economic policy is fully synonymous with secondary religious topics and protects the current standards in the secondary topics. تدوین سیاست های اقتصادی دولت اسلامی، را می توان خروجی دانش اقتصاد اسلامی دانست؛ سیاست هایی که باید به تغییر در ساختارها و رفتارها منجر شود. در این مقاله با استفاده از روش تحلیلی به بررسی هویت نظریه سیاستی در اقتصاد اسلامی می پردازیم. در این بررسی مولفه های مفهومی، جایگاه، مبانی مشروعیت و سازوکار تدوین سیاست ها در اقتصاد اسلامی بررسی می شود. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، سیاست در اقتصاد اسلامی، عکس العملِ مقطعیِ دولت اسلامی به وضعیت موجود اقتصادی بر مبنای هنجارهای اقتصادی اسلام است. در رویکرد اسلامی، سیاست های فرهنگی بر سیاست اقتصادی حاکم است. مشروعیت تدوین سیاست اقتصادی، ناشی از مشروعیت حکومت و قواعد شرعی چون تواصی، امربه معروف و نهی از منکر، نصح مستشیر، تنبیه غافل، ارشاد جاهل و شورا است. سیاست اقتصادی، از سنخ حکم متغیر است و می تواند در چهار قالب اولی، ثانوی، تکلیفی، یا وضعی محقق شود. سیاست اقتصادی، سنخیت کامل با عناوین شرعی درجه دو دارد و از ملاک های موجود در عناوین درجه یک نگهبانی می کند. https://marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/9.pdf
