abstract = {Historical evidence from the early days of Islam and the narrations of the Epoch of Appearance indicate the possibility of a balance between supply and demand for Takaful funds and also the possibility of a surplus supply as a desirable situation. On the contrary, a study of the current situation in the country shows that there is an imbalance and a surplus of demand for these funds. The question of this research, which is examined through descriptive-analytic method and the use of library resources, is to investigate how to modify and improve the existing situation and to introduce strategies for achieving the desired one. The results of the analysis of Quranic and Hadith teachings and meta-analysis of existing survey studies indicate strategies such as: “Quranic charity discourse”, “charity development”, “improving the quality of charitable funds allocation”, and “improving the quality of charitable donations” to promote charity in the country. To realize each of these strategies, partial and operational tactics such as professionalizing the charity part, enabling charitable funds to be managed, and expanding advertising and incentives can be offered.},

abstract_fa ={شواهد تاریخی صدر اسلام و روایات عصر ظهور، حاکی از امکان پذیری وقوع تعادل میان عرضه و تقاضای وجوه تکافلی و بلکه امکان وجود مازاد عرضه به عنوان وضعیت مطلوب، در این بخش است. در مقابل، مطالعه وضعیت موجود کشور، حاکی از وجود عدم تعادل و بلکه وجود مازاد تقاضای این وجوه است. مسئله این تحقیق، که با روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد، بررسی چگونگی اصلاح و بهبود وضعیت موجود بخش خیریه ایران و معرفی راهبردهایی برای دستیابی به وضعیت مطلوب است. نتایج تحلیل آموزه های قرآنی و حدیثی و فراتحلیل مطالعات پیمایشی موجود، حاکی از وجود راهبردهایی چون: «گفتمان سازی انفاق قرآنی»، «توسعه بخش خیریه»، «بهبودبخشی به کیفیت تخصیص وجوه خیرخواهانه» و «بهبودبخشی به کیفیت جمع آوری وجوه خیرخواهانه» برای ارتقای خیریه در کشور است. برای تحقق هریک از این راهبردها، راهکارهای جزئی و عملیاتی همچون حرفه ای کردن بخش خیریه، فراهم آوردن امکان مدیریت تخصیص وجوه توسط نیکوکاران، با گسترش تبلیغات و تحریک انگیزه ها قابل ارائه است.},
