abstract = {The alarm has sounded for the decline of some Western countries' economies because of the deepening budget deficit in particular, and their political dominance in general. In fact, this is what has been repeatedly suggested by the Supreme Leader as a sign of the decline of Western civilization. This study seeks to show the theoretical foundations of this citation from the perspective of economics and political philosophy. we have discussed Rawls' theory of justice as the most justified and tantamount philosophical foundation for liberal-democratic societies to do this. The Rawls's theory of justice can be considered without exaggeration to revival discussion of political philosophy in the twentieth century; a theory whose most important achievement is the design of a fundamental structure for society. This study first examines Rawls' theory of justice and draws the most justified face of liberal democracy in the form of a just fundamental structure with a library and descriptive method and with an analytical approach. The findings of the study indicate that the phenomenon of budget deficit is a factor that will eventually break the dominance of the liberal democratic system and eventually destroy these societies through the mechanism of capital reduction and hyperinflation.},

abstract_fa ={عمیق شدن کسری بودجه در برخی کشورهای غربی، زنگ خطر را برای زوال اقتصادی این کشورها، به طور خاص و سیطره سیاسی آنها به طور عام به صدا درآورده است. در واقع، این همان چیزی است که چندین بار توسط مقام معظم رهبری، به عنوان نشانه افول تمدن غرب مطرح شده است. این مقاله به دنبال نشان دادن بنیان های نظری این استناد از منظر علم اقتصاد و فلسفه سیاسی است. برای این کار، ما نظریه عدالت رالز را به مثابه موجه ترین و بالغ ترین بنیان فلسفی، برای جوامع لیبرال دموکراتیک محور بحث قرار دادیم. نظریه عدالت رالز را می توان بدون اغراق احیاگر بحث های فلسفه سیاسی در قرن بیستم دانست؛ نظریه ای که مهم ترین دستاورد آن طراحی ساختار بنیادین برای جامعه است. این مقاله، با روش کتابخانه ای و توصیفی و با رویکرد تحلیلی، ابتداء نظریه عدالت رالز را بررسی و از آن، موجه ترین چهره لیبرال دموکراسی را در غالب ساختار بنیادین عادلانه ترسیم می کند. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که پدیده کسری بودجه، عاملی است که سرانجام، سلطة نظام لیبرال دموکراسی را شکسته و به مرور، این جوامع را از طریق سازوکار کاهش سرمایه و ابر تورم، از بین خواهند برد.},
