Every policy action requires judgment and choice among several alternatives. Usually, these choices are made based on one or more accepted criteria; As a result, each of the selected options can be attributed to good and bad. Economic schools have built their policy evaluation system based on moral evaluation criteria, which the moral philosophy is responsible for their expression. Using an analytical-deductive method, the research results have shown that "conclusive perfectionism" as a value judgment criterion attributed to Islam can morally evaluate a policy and the situations that arise after the implementation of that policy. In this approach, the evaluation of an economic policy is considered as an optional behavior for the policy maker; This policy has a positive moral value if it has positive external consequences in relation to the current generation, the future generation, and the environment. For example, to improve the existential dimensions of the current generation, to prevent moral vices, to include intragenerational and intergenerational justice, and to respect environmental rights. سیاست‌گذاران اقتصادی همواره تلاش دارند آنچه هست را به آنچه باید باشد نزدیک کنند. هر تصمیم سیاستی مستلزم داوری و انتخاب از میان چندین گزینه بدیل است. معمولاً این انتخاب‌ها بر اساس یک یا چند معیار پذیرفته‌شده صورت می‌گیرند و درنتیجه هر یک از گزینه‌های انتخابی را می‌توان به خوب و بد منتسب نمود. مکاتب اقتصادی، نظام‌ ارزیابی سیاست‌های خود را بر پایه ملاک‌های ‌ارزش‌داوری اخلاقی‌ بنا نهاده‌اند که فلسفه اخلاق متکفل بیان آن‌ها است. یافته‌های این نوشتار که با روشی تحلیلی– استنباطی انجام شده، نشان می‌دهد که «کمال‌گرایی نتیجه‌نگر» به‌عنوان ملاک ارزش‌داوری منسوب به اسلام در فرآیندی دو مرحله‌ای قابلیت ارزیابی اخلاقی یک سیاست و وضعیت‌های پدیدآمده پس از اجرای آن سیاست را دارا است. برای این کار در مرحله اول سیاست مزبور و آثار احتمالی آن به صورت مستقیم بر اساس معیار اخلاقی مفروض ارزیابی می‌شود و در مرحله بعد الزامات اخلاقی آن سیاست به سیاست‌گذاران پیشنهاد می‌گردد. https://marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5000479-1715508155.pdf
