Weak social security invalidates all claims about the efficiency of an economic system, or economic policies and programs, or their implementation strategies and solutions. Islamic economy, which pursues its socio-economic goals through social security, has considered a suitable structure for it, which, if it is localized, will solve many problems. In this descriptive research, the desired structure of social security in Islamic economy has been investigated and explained with regard to the general policies of social security in Iran. Based on the foundations and in line with the goals of social security in Islam, it is a desirable structure of social security that meets the real needs of individuals and families at the necessary, sufficient and welfare levels through private provision, public takaful and government solidarity in the form of five layers of preparatory, guarantee, restorative, security, and supplementary. cover longitudinally and harmoniously. بحران‌ها و مشكلات تأمين اجتماعي، ضرورت بازنگري در ساختار آن را به‌ويژه در جوامع اسلامي از جمله ايران آشكار ساخته است. تأمين اجتماعي ضعيف، بر تمام ادعاها در مورد كارآمدي يك نظام اقتصادي، يا سياست‌ها و برنامه‌هاي اقتصادي و يا راهبردها و راهكارهاي اجرايي آن‌ها، خط بطلان مي‌كشد. اقتصاد اسلامي كه اهداف اقتصادي-اجتماعي خود را از طريق تأمين اجتماعي دنبال مي‌كند، ساختار مناسبي براي آن در نظر گرفته است كه اگر بومي‌سازي شود، بسياري از مشكلات را برطرف مي‌كند. در اين تحقيق كه به‌روش توصيفي انجام شده، ساختار مطلوب تأمين اجتماعي در اقتصاد اسلامي با عنايت به سياست‌هاي كلي تأمين اجتماعي در ايران بررسي و تبيين شده است. براساس مباني و در راستاي اهداف تأمين اجتماعي در اسلام، ساختاري از تأمين اجتماعي مطلوب است كه نيازهاي واقعي زندگي افراد و خانواده‌ها را در سطوح ضروري، كفافي و رفاهي از طريق تدارك خصوصي، تكافل عمومي و تضامن دولتي در قالب پنج‌لايه‌ی تمهيدي، تضميني، ترميمي، تأميني و تكميلي به‌صورت طولي و هماهنگ پوشش دهد. https://marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5001151-1737011091.pdf
