This research, using the analytical method, divides the characteristics of the state into two intrinsic and transversal parts and explains the credibility existence as one of the intrinsic characteristics of the state. The comparative analysis of the economic implications of the credibility existence of the state from the perspective of Islam and liberalism is considered the most important part of the present research. The existence of different economic implications in Islamic economy and capitalism regarding the credibility existence of the state constitutes the research hypothesis. Based on the research findings, three cases of legal personality, instrumentality, and coercion or compromise can be identified as manifestations of the credibility existence of the state. Although the Islamic and liberal states are essentially characterized by manifestations of They have some commonalities, but they also have deep and fundamental differences that have a fundamental impact on the economic implications of how the state is credible. بررسی ویژگی‌های دولت به‌منظور تمایز آن از سایر نهادها یکی از حوزه‌های مهم دولت‌پژوهی را تشکیل می‌دهد. این پژوهش، با استفاده از روش تحلیلی، اوصاف دولت را به دو بخش ذاتی و عرضی تقسیم کرده و وجود اعتباری را به‌عنوان یکی از اوصاف ذاتی دولت توضیح داده است. تحلیل تطبیقی دلالت‌های اقتصادی وجود اعتباری دولت از منظر اسلام و لیبرالیسم، مهم‌ترین بخش تحقیق حاضر به‌شمار می‌رود. وجود دلالت‌های اقتصادی متفاوت در اقتصاد اسلامی و سرمایه‌داری دربارۀ وجود اعتباری دولت، فرضیۀ تحقیق را تشکیل می‌دهد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، سه مورد شخصیت حقوقی، ابزارمندی و اجبار یا مصالحه به‌عنوان جلوه‌های وجود اعتباری دولت قابل شناسایی است. هرچند دولت اسلامی و لیبرالی، در اصل اتصاف به جلوه‌های مزبور اشتراکاتی دارند، اما وجوه تمایز عمیق و مبنایی نیز دارند که تأثیری اساسی بر دلالت‌های اقتصادی چگونگی اعتبار دولت دارد. https://marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5003219-1782812509.pdf
