Such a pattern can be the basis for identifying the real status of the performance of those who play a major role in different fields of national development and can prepare the ground for the convergence of all scientific, technical, industrial, and economic activities. Using synthetic indicators is one of the means of policy-making in the areas related to innovation. These indicators provide comparability for different countries in the field of innovation. In the meantime, the way these indicators develop in the field of innovation and the study of the way of development of all models and their disadvantages are given special importance. Using an analytical method, the present paper investigates the proposed patterns of developing synthetic indicators. Hence some of the most important international models related to innovation have been reviewed. According to the research findings, designing synthetic indicators in the context of an Islamic-Iranian pattern of progress requires the formation of three groups: theorization, methodology and compilation. سنجش پیشرفت کشور در قالب الگوئی قابل اتکاء از اساسی ترین ارکان هرگونه برنامه ریزی محسوب می شود. این الگو می تواند مبنایی برای شناسایی وضعیت واقعی عملکرد بازیگران عرصه های مختلف توسعه ملی باشد و زمینه همگرائی تمامی فعالیتهای علمی، فنی، صنعتی و اقتصادی را فراهم آورد. یکی از ابزارهای سیاست گذاری در حوزه های مرتبط با نوآوری، بهره گیری از شاخص های ترکیبی می باشد. این شاخص ها قابلیت مقایسه ای را برای کشورهای مختلف در عرصه نوآوری فراهم می آورد. در این بین نحوه توسعه این شاخص ها در حوزه نوآوری و همچنین بررسی چگونگی توسعه سایر مدل ها و نقاط ضعف آن دارای اهمیت ویژه است. در این تحقیق سعی شده است تا با استفاده از روش تحلیلی، الگوهای پیشنهادی جهت توسعه شاخص های ترکیبی بررسی شود. در این چارچوب برخی از مهمترین مدل های بین المللی مرتبط با نوآوری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بر اساس یافته های مقاله، طراحی شاخص های ترکیبی در راستای الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت نیازمند شکل گیری گروه های سه گانه نظریه پردازی، روش شناسی و جمع آوری داده است. https://marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/sites/marefateeqtesadi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4708.pdf
