abstract = {Offering the principles of formulating economic policies of Islamic government is one of the most important missions of governmental fiqh. This task necessitates offering a distinct method for extracting the economic theories of Islam from Islamic sources. No doubt, martyr Sadr is the first jurist who initiated this method and attempted to extract economic theories by establishing the method of fiqh of theories. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the present paper investigates the method of fiqh of economic theories in martyr Sadr's view. The research findings indicate that the method proposed by martyr Sadr necessitates taking into consideration the economic rules and concepts as the superstructure and extracting the principles and theories of Islamic economic as infrastructure. This method pave the ground for extracting the theories of Islamic economy and, consequently, economic macro-decision making of Islamic government. This paper criticizes and evaluates doubts cast on this method including the problem of authority and basing it on preference and syllogism.},

abstract_fa ={یکی از مهم ترین رسالت های فقه حکومتی ارائه‌ی مبانی تدوین سیاست های اقتصادی دولت اسلامی است. انجام این مهم مستلزم ارائه‌ی روشی مشخص برای کشف نظریات اقتصادی اسلام از منابع اسلامی است. بدون شک شهید صدر اولین فقیهی است که پا به این عرصه نهاده و با پایه گذاری روش فقه نظریات، اقدام به کشف نظریات اقتصادی نموده است. این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به بررسی روش فقه نظریات اقتصادی از دیدگاه شهید صدر می پردازد. یافته های مقاله نشان می دهد که روش پیشنهادی شهید صدر مستلزم در نظر گرفتن احکام و مفاهیم اقتصادی به عنوان روبنا و کشف اصول و نظریات اقتصاد اسلامی به عنوان زیر بناست. این روش زمینه‌ی استخراج نظریات اقتصاد اسلامی و در نتیجه، سیاست گذاری کلان اقتصادی دولت اسلامی را فراهم می آورد. در این مقاله اشکالات مطرح شده نسبت به این روش از جمله مشکل حجیت، و شبهه ابتناء آن بر استحسان و قیاس، مورد نقد و ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.},
