Abstract:
Managing and using interest-free resources has always been a challenge to the interest-free banking. Through introducing new accounts as especial interest-free accounts, this paper presents an appropriate solution for the management of these resources. Especial interest-free account is a kind of account in which the bank specifically receives interest-free funds from people and transfers it to the account holder’s name. Under the terms of this account, money is given to the account holder so that he/she can use it for the stated purposes.This paper investigates the structure and the interests of these accounts for various stakeholders including depositors, banks and charitable foundations (sponsors) and finally, liquidity and credit risks in these accounts.

Abstract:
چگونگی مدیریت و مصرف منابع قرض الحسنه، همواره از چالش های پیش روی بانکداری بدون ربا بوده است. در این مقاله، با تعریف حساب های جدیدی به عنوان حساب های قرض الحسنه اختصاصی، راهکاری مناسب برای مدیریت بر این منابع ارائه شده است. حساب قرض الحسنه اختصاصی، حسابی است که طی آن بانک به طور اختصاصی برای بانی و به نام وی، وجوه عمومی را به صورت قرض الحسنه از عموم دریافت می کند. طبق شرایط این حساب، برای سپرده گذاران در اختیار بانی قرار می دهد تا در جهت اهداف اعلام شده مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. در این مقاله، که با استفاده از روش تحلیلی سامان یافته، ساختار و منافع این حساب ها برای ذی نفعان مختلف از جمله سپرده گذاران، بانک ها و نهاد های خیریه (بانیان) و در نهایت، ریسک های نقدینگی و اعتباری در این حساب ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
